Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your Silent Knight® products. Because our products are medical devices and consumables, the following return conditions apply, in addition to any non-waivable rights you have under the law of your country.
1. Return window
Unused devices in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. Contact us first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) — returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
2. Non-returnable items
- Opened consumables and single-use items, including pill crusher pouches and HD Safety Seals, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Products that have been used, contaminated with medication, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging or components.
- Custom, special-order, or clearance items marked non-returnable at the time of sale.
This does not affect your right to a remedy for products that are defective or not as described.
3. Warranty claims
If a device is defective in materials or workmanship under normal use, contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Eligible claims will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the limited warranty applicable to the product. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, improper cleaning, or use contrary to the Instructions for Use.
4. How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and reason for return to obtain an RMA.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship to the address we provide. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs and any import duties are the customer's responsibility.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, typically within 14 days. Original shipping charges and any customs duties or taxes already incurred are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refund timing after issuance depends on your payment provider.
