Orders are typically processed within a few business days. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier and are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.

• Prices shown do not include import duties, customs charges, VAT/GST, or other taxes imposed by the destination country.
• The buyer (importer of record) is responsible for all such charges and for providing any information customs authorities require.
• If duties or taxes are unpaid and a shipment is returned or destroyed, related costs may be deducted from any refund.

Some products are available only in certain regions. The ProShield HD SK800 and HD Safety Seal are offered in North America only and may not be shipped to other regions. Availability may change without notice.

Shipments are subject to United States and applicable export control and sanctions laws. We cannot ship to embargoed countries or restricted parties, and you agree not to re-export products in violation of those laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, title and risk of loss pass to you when products are handed to the carrier. Please inspect deliveries on arrival and report any visible damage or shortage to us and the carrier promptly so we can help resolve it.
